All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

📦 Standard Delivery (UAE): 2–4 business days
🚚 Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or as per ongoing promotion.

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible across all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and others.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service within the UAE.
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can contact you.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address

If the address or phone number is incorrect, delivery may be delayed and additional charges can apply.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures.
